1. Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our facility. To cancel, please contact our customer support team at kofacoffee02@gmail.com with your order details.

2. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we adhere to a strict no-return and no-refund policy. Once a product has been opened, it cannot be returned or refunded for safety and quality reasons.

3. Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph of the damaged item. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
